SwimOffice Admin - SuperUser/TouchPad Admin

If you will be using multiple computer for the meet setup (not during the meet) please follow these CRITICAL guidelines.  If you DO NOT you will destroy the meet on your TeamUnify site.
  1. Computer #1 - create the meet and do any syncing necessary
  2. Create a Backup
    1. File > Backup
    2. DO NOT DO ANY MORE MEET ADJUSTMENTS OR SYNCING!!!
  3. Send the Backup to Computer #2
  4. Computer #2 Restores this backup
    1. File > Restore a Meet Backup
  5. Computer #2 do any meet adjustments and syncing
  6. Computer #2 create a Backup
    1. File > Backup
    2. DO NOT DO ANY MORE MEET ADJUSTMENTS OR SYNCING!!!
  7. Send the Backup to Computer #1 or another computer if necessary
  8. Computer #1 or other Restores this Backup and repeats the above process

BEWARE - If two computers are syncing data simultaneously to the same meet you will blow the meet up! Only sync if you are the current computer using the current backup for changes. Once done, create the backup again and send to the next computer. Next computer will restore and update. Rinse and repeat.
