Admin Level - Superuser and TouchPad PC Admin

In order for visiting team's entries to sync to TouchPad, you must accept their entries in SwimOffice. Then when you sync in TouchPad they will show up.


  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click Invited Teams under desired event.
  3. Confirm that the column 'Enroll Status' for each team says Accepted
  4. To update, place a check mark to the left of all teams that need to be accepted and click the Accept Teams button.


  1. Click File > Sync Now to SwimOffice, or press Ctrl+Y.
  2. Confirm the entries have synced.
