SwimOffice Admin - SuperUser

If you need to reject a team's accepted invitation and all of their entries from a meet do the following

  1. Login as a SuperUser
  2. Go to your Events tab
  3. Select the Invited Teams button for the meet
  4. Place a check mark next to one or all teams
  5. Select the Reject Teams button
  6. Your Enroll Status column will adjust to read Rejected
  7. *Entries, even if synced to SwimOffice, will not be sent to TouchPad
*Note - if you have already synced these entries into TouchPad, you will need to delete the team in TouchPad from Athlete Entries > Enter/Edit team data.
