If I download my IIF file from TeamUnify but I do not want to record my deposits only receivables; how do I delete the deposit amounts?

  1. Go to your QuickBooks
  2. Go to Home
  3. Go to your CoA
  4. Left click on your Accounts Receivable
  5. Right click on your TYPE PMT. You may have between 1-4 depending on your type of payments. You may have one for cash, check, credit cards, and ACH.
  6. Select Delete
