Admin Level - Superuser

  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click the Invited Teams button for the desired TouchPad meet.
  3. Select the Teams you would like to send the invitation to and click Email Admins.
  4. This will take you to the email creation screen with the Pre-Templated TouchPad invitation. From here you can adjust the language, attachments, or add CC/BCC addresses. Important: The Invitation is sent to all Superusers on the selected sites by default.
  5. Check Enable Tracking.
  6. Once finished, click the Email NOW button.
