Admin Level: Super User Admin

If you want to email any of your invited teams an invitation to a TouchPad meet via TUSync please follow the steps below

  1. Sign into your site
  2. Click on the Events Tab
  3. Click on the Invited Teams button for the desired TouchPad meet
  4. Select the Teams you would like to send the invitation to and click the Email Team Admins
  5. This will take you to the email creation screen with the Pre-Templated TouchPad invitation, from here you can adjust the language, attachments, or add CC/BCC addresses Important: The Invitation is sent to all Super Users on the selected sites by default
  6. Select Enable Tracking
  7. Once you have the invitation setup up how you would like click the Email Now button
