Event messages can be used for sponsors, reminders of where results will be posted, special instructions for certain events, etc. They are great for advertising and fundraising. You may enter up to three messages for each event and they will print under the event name on heats sheets and results.

  1. Click Events in the menu.
  2. Click the Event Messages button on the right.
  3. Click the desired event.
  4. Fill in the Message 1, Message 2, and/or Message 3 fields.
  5. Note you can Import Messages from and Export Messages for other meets.
  6. Click Exit when finished.

You may turn the messages on or off when printing to make it easy to show a message on heat sheets but not on results, for example.
