Admin Level - Superuser

To invite other TeamUnify Teams to a meet you are hosting using TouchPad please follow the steps below.

First go to your event tab and locate your TouchPad Meet (it's denoted with a TouchPad icon like below).

  • Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
  • New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  1. Click the Select Teams button.
  2. Use the filters to narrow down your team selection.
  3. Select one or many teams and click Save and Invite.
  4. Respond Yes or No to emailing the Superusers of the selected teams.
    1. If you respond Yes, then modify the email if desired and click Email NOW.
  5. The meet will appear on their site to which a Superuser can accept or decline the invitation.
