Admin level: Super User / TUMoney Admin Full Access

To edit information on a paid TUMoney donation:

  1. Go to Event Fundraising Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click TUMoney > Event Fundraising Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Event Fundraising Admin.
  2. Click the Results tab. 
  3. Click the desired donation name.
  4. From this page you will be able to:
    • Assign a donation to a different member

    • Split an existing donation

    • Edit the following information:
      • Donor Email
      • Donor Comment
      • Donation public/private preferences
      • Payment Method
      • Donor Billing information

    • Delete (Refund) a donation

  5. Click Save Changes when finished.
