Admin Level - Superuser

Follow these steps if a donor who used a credit card needs another receipt, or after adding and approving offline donations (because that process does not automatically email the donor a receipt).

  1. Go to Event Fundraising Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click TUMoney > Event Fundraising Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Event Fundraising Admin.
  2. Click Results tab.
  3. Place a check mark to the left of the donor.
  4. Click Email Receipt.
  5. Confirm your information.
  6. Click Email Receipts Above.
