TUMoney: Send receipts to donors
Admin Level - Super User
Follow these steps if a donor who used a credit card needs another receipt, or after adding and approving offline donations (because that process does not automatically email the donor a receipt).
- Go to Event Fundraising Admin.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click TUMoney > Event Fundraising Admin.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Event Fundraising Admin.
- Click Results tab.
- Place a check mark to the left of the donor.
- Click Email Receipt.
- Confirm your information.
- Click Email Receipts Above.
