Why are my transferred QB amounts negative?

In QB go to your CoA and ensure your CoA that dropped into your QuickBooks are set as income and not bank. To update these right click on the CoA and select edit to update
This can happen if
- You have not matched up your CoA from QB and TU exactly
- You did not have any CoA setup on your QB side
- This will only happen on the first upload. Once you update on QB to Income account IIF will import correctly after.
