If your LSC has told you the USA registration information is incorrect or incomplete -

This information comes directly from your account member database.

To confirm your data is correct:

  1. Please go to Member Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
  2. Select all by placing a check mark to the left of the column header “Member Name”.
  3. Select the button Excel and confirm that all data is up to date and complete.
  4. Once you have updated the information please resend the USA registration package to your LSC.
