SwimOffice Admin - SuperUser

If you want to see which admin made an payment or created an invoice there are several places to view this information.

  1. Billing Admin > Invoices and Payment
  2. Find the account
  3. Select the View
  4. You can locate the admin name and date stamp in all areas (see below for example)
You can run the Inc & Pay Sum report to easily view all change
  1. Select your date parameters
  2. Generate Income & Payment Summary Report
  3. Hover over the payment items OR


  4. Export to Excel and you'll see all names
