To add or edit a Billing Group

  1. Go to Billing Admin > Billing Setup 
  2. Billing Group Setup > Select the link "Setup Billing Groups/Roster Groups/Locations"
  3. From here you will see your existing Billing Groups
  4. Click Add New or click an existing billing group
  5. From here you can edit these fields:
    • Billing Group Name
    • Free Membership for this Group - Setting this to Yes will result in no recurring fees for those in this Billing Group, and so this group will not appear in Billing Admin > Billing Admin > Membership Dues Schedule
  6. Click Save Changes
