First, you will need to copy the Privacy Policy Template to your clipboard.

New CMS Instructions

To create the page:

  1. Log in to the backend of the system.
  2. Click Website Design.
  3. Hover over the tabs on your webpage, and click Site Navigation.
  4. To the right of the tab you'd like to create a privacy policy sub-tab for, click the "+" icon.
  5. Name the sub-tab "Privacy Policy", under Tab Content select "Custom Page" and choose any other settings you'd like this page to have.
  6. Click Add New Page. Edit the name, paste the Privacy Policy Template into the text editor, and make changes as needed.
  7. Click Save > Save.
  8. From the menu/submenu tabs, find the sub-tab you just created. 
  9. To the right of the sub-tab, click the link icon to copy the page's link to your clipboard.

Once the Privacy Policy Page has been created, link it to your website:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Website Design.
  2. At the top of the page, click General Settings.
  3. Click the Site Footer tab.
  4. Paste the "Privacy Policy URL" into the text box.
  5. Click Save.

Chameleon Instructions

To create the page:

  1. Go to Team Admin > Website Design.
  2. Click Add New to add a new tab.
  3. Select the "tab name" to edit one that already exists, or click Add New Submenu if needed.
  4. Click the Edit link.
  5. Paste the Privacy Policy Template into the editor. Make changes as needed.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Once the Privacy Policy Page has been created, link it to your website:

  1. Click Team Admin > Website Design.
  2. Towards the top of the page, paste your "Custom Privacy Policy URL" into the box. Click here for information on how to create a page with the Privacy Policy Template.
  3. When finished, click Save.
