Admin Level - Webmaster

When creating a news article you can immediately have the system email either all active accounts, or selected billing groups, roster groups, and/or locations. Note everyone will be able to view this article in SwimOffice, not just the groups you email it to.

  1. Go to the News page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click the News tab at the top.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > News.
  2. Click Add News.
  3. Fill in the fields and compose your news article.
  4. Chameleon users: 
    1. Click the Do you want to email this news NOW? dropdown and select Yes.
    2. In the Recipients area select the correct who the news will be emailed to.
    3. When finished, click Save Changes.
  5. New CMS users: 
    1. At the bottom, check the Send News Emails box.
    2. Click the Recipients dropdown and select ONLY to these Groups.
    3. Make your selections and click Save.
    4. When finished, click Create.
  6. The news will be emailed to the selected recipients.
