Admin Level - Superuser

When someone uses the Contact Us button (located below the Sign In button in Chameleon, or in the Contact section in the New CMS) or through Swim Today it creates an account in Account/Member Admin with the account status of "Contact Request." Here is how to stop this action from creating an account and only email the Contact Us Recipients.

  1. Go to Team Profile.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
  2. Change the "Contact Request creates new Account" drop down to No.
  3. Click Save Changes.
