Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar

The Email Center and Account/Member Admin automatically track emails you send, but many other modules do not. In those modules check the Enable Tracking check box when sending an email and SwimOffice will track them.

To view this email and the tracking do the following:

  1. Go to the Email Center.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > E-Mail Center.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Email Center.
  2. Click Display ALL or use the filters and click Search.
  3. Click a Subject name (not the check box) to view the information. This will open the Message Track screen.

  4. Mails Probably NOT Opened will show you all accounts who have either not opened the email or our tracking code did not work in their email client. This often happens on mobile devices.
  5. Unique Mails Opened will show you those accounts who have opened this particular email.
