Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar

Use Customize Filters to email non-active Accounts or Members/Athletes.

  1. Go to Account or Member Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin. Stay on Accounts tab or click Members tab.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts or Team Tools > Members tab.
  2. Click Customize Filters.
  3. Click Account Status on the left (or Member Status for Members).
  4. Click the status(es) on the right you wish to email, uncheck those you don't, then click Done.



  5. Select the Account(s) (or Members) you wish to email.
  6. Click Communicate > Send New Email.
  7. Fill in the fields and click Send.
