Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar

You can attachments both when emailing from Account/Member Admin and from the Email Center.

Add attachment(s) in Account/Member Admin

  1. Go to Account Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
  2. Select one or more Accounts.
  3. Click Communicate > Send New Email.
  4. Either drag and drop files onto the Attachments field, or click Browse or Choose File and locate the desired document or image from your hard drive, then double click it.

    • You can upload multiple files.
    • The combined size of all files has a limit of 5 MB. You will get an error if you exceed this.
    • Make sure the attachment file name does not have forbidden characters such as # , " ' ? and so on. If you stick with letters, numbers, spaces, underscores and dashes you should be fine.
  5. Compose your message and click Send.

Add attachment(s) in Email Center

You can add up to three attachments to email you send from the Email Center.

  1. Go to the Email Center.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > E-Mail Center.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Email Center.
  2. Click the Email Message button.
  3. Below the BCC field there are three buttons for attachments. Click a  Browse or Choose File button and locate the desired document or image from your hard drive, then double click it.

    • The combined size of all three files has a limit of 5 MB. You will get an error if you exceed this.
    • Make sure the attachment file name does not have forbidden characters such as # , " ' ? and so on. If you stick with letters, numbers, spaces, underscores and dashes you should be fine.
  4. Compose your message and click Email NOW. Please allow time for large files to upload.
