Admin Level - Webmaster

By default, when you email an event invitation from the Event editor, it uses the name and address you are currently logged in with as the "From" address. Here is how to change it.

Chameleon users

  1. Go to your Events page.
  2. Click the desired event's [Edit] link.
  3. Scroll down to STEP 12: E-Mail Notification for this Event.
  4. Update the email address and name.
  5. Toggle the next options to email the invite right now and/or 7 days before the event deadline.
  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

New CMS users

  1. In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click the desired event name.
  3. At the top of the window that opens, click the Edit button.
  4. Scroll down to the EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS section at the bottom.
  5. Update the email address and name.
  6. Check the box to Automatically Email Event Notification 7 Days Before the Registration Deadline.
  7. When finished, click Save.
  8. Click Close.
