SwimOffice Admin - Email/Print/Calendar

  1. Select your event name to access the information
  2. Select Email this Invite
  3. Make your selection
    1. Option 1 will invite from your LSC - please note the emails and contacts may not be correct if they haven't been updated from the other team's site.
    2. Option 2 allows you to select who will receive the invite on your team
    3. Option 3 allows you to send an email to signup for jobs if they have been created
    4. Select the Preview Email link to the right of each option to view before you select submit
