SwimOffice Admin - Super User

When I try deleting a Sub Billing Group I keep getting this message, “Please delete/change all the Members of these Sub Billing Groups before deleting them.”

If you are getting this message then you still have members attached to that particular sub billing group. You must move them all to another sub billing group.

  1. Go to Member Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
    • If you see a "NEW!" blue banner at the top please click Try Now! to switch to the new Account/Member Admin interface
  2. Click Customize Filters
  3. Click Member Status on the left
  4. Uncheck all statuses on the right
  5. Click Sub Billing Group on the left
  6. Check the box(es) of each billing group you want to delete
  7. Click Done
  8. Select all members (click check box by Last Name header)
  9. Click Edit > Multi-Edit Members
  10. Check Set Billing Group
  11. Click the drop down menu and choose the billing group to move them to
  12. Click Save
  13. To resume your normal view of members click Unsaved Views > All Active Members
  14. Go to Team Admin > Team Profile > Setup Billing Groups/Roster Groups/Location
  15. Click the Sub Billing Group tab
  16. Select the Sub Billing Group(s) to delete
  17. Click Delete
