Admin Level - Website Design

  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click Edit Commitment button under desired meet
  3. Click one of the following tabs: Committed Athletes, Undeclared Athletes, or Declined Athletes
  4. Place a check mark to the left of one or many athletes
  5. Click the Email button

  6. Additionally you can add other email addresses outside of your team database into the CC or BCC fields
  7. Enter your text into the Message editor area
  8. Click Email NOW
