The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over what information websites can collect from their young children. Since anyone can create an account on your team's website, we must comply with COPPA’s requirements to not allow kids under age 13 to do so.

When someone registers a new account through Registration or TU Lessons, or fills out the Contact Us form (which can create an account with a status of "Contact Request"), we will stop the process if their DOB indicates they are age 12 or less. When someone uses TUMoney to make an online donation, we ask if they are over 13 and stop the process if they are not.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
