There are numerous online form builder tools where you can create a form, embed it in your TeamUnify site, and collect data from your team online. Here are a few free options you can try:

Generally, here are instructions on how to do this. Note: Some steps may differ slightly depending upon the form tool you choose.

Build form

  1. Create an account on a form builder site (the ones we mentioned are free, but there are many other options).
  2. Create a Form
  3. Publish your form
  4. Copy the embed code for that form. Note for New CMS users: Make sure the embed code does not use <script> tags (Javascript), as you will not be able to use it in SwimOffice. Use iframe code or some other alternative if offered.

Embed form in TU site - New CMS users

  1. Go to your TeamUnify website.
  2. In the side menu click Website Design.
  3. Go to the page where you want the form.
  4. Click the Custom Page overlay, or whatever overlay you want the form in, such as Main Text or Generic Content.
  5. Click the the < > Source... button.
  6. Paste the form code where you want it.
  7. Click Update.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Test your form on your website to make sure it works and collects data.

Embed form in TU site - Chameleon users

  1. Go to your TeamUnify website.
  2. Go to the page where you want the form.
  3. Click Edit in the upper right.
  4. Click the the Source button.
  5. Paste the form code where you want it.
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. Test your form on your website to make sure it works and collects data.
