Admin Level - Webmaster/Event Admin

To send email/SMS alerts for 1/2/7 days before job do the following (remember our system only sends texts to verified numbers. Read more here Verify your cell number). (SMS alerts are not available in the UK)

  1. Event Tab
  2. Select the job signup button
  3. Setup Event Jobs
  4. Place a check mark to the left of one, many or all jobs
  5. Select Edit Auto Reminder
  6. Select your options (choose as many as applicable
  7. Your 'Reminders' Column will update with your selection

  8. When you select Add New you will have the same options
