Admin Level - Webmaster

To send email/SMS alerts for 1, 2, and/or 7 days before job do the following (remember our system only sends texts to verified numbers. Read more here Verify your cell number). SMS alerts are not available in the UK.

  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click your desired event’s Job Signup button.
  3. Click Setup Event Jobs.
  4. Place a check mark to the left of one, many or all jobs.
  5. Click Edit Auto Reminder.
  6. Select your options (choose as many as applicable).
  7. When finished, click Save Job Reminder Changes. The Reminders column will update with your selection.
  8. When you click Add New you will have the same options.
