Admin Level - Webmaster

You have turned on your jobs but there isn't a place for your account to sign up. Here is what your screen probably looks like:



You need your screen to look like this:


How do you fix this?  Do the following
  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Select the job signup button
  3. Setup Event Jobs
  4. YOU MUST HAVE TIME PERIODS!  


  5. If you don't like in the 'BAD' example simply click on the job name
  6. Select Add New under Time period setup

  7. Enter in your Time From - Time To 
  8. Enter how many positions for this one job there are 
  9. Decide if it's credit based or leave empty if it's hours Save CHANGES
  10. Add another Time period if necessary
  11. Save again on your first screen
  12. It will now be ready to have signups.
