Admin Level - Webmaster and above

  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click your desired event’s Job Signup button.
  3. Click Setup Event Jobs tab.
  4. Place a check mark to the left of the Time Periods Setup column header to select all, or manually place a check mark next to the time periods you would like to adjust.

  5. Click the Edit Time Period button.
  6. Use the Calendar picker to select your new From and To Date.
  7. Type in your time period. NOTE: you must use a leading zero on times such as 08:00AM.
  8. Click Save Changes.
