Admin Level - Superuser

Temporarily change their status back to active, go to the job signup, "Change Account" to them, remove them, then change their status back to canceled/hidden. Here are more detailed steps if you need them.

1. Set account temporarily to Active

  1. Go to Account Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
  2. Click Customize Filters.
  3. Set Account Status filter to Canceled/Hidden.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Search for account (if account was deleted, see steps to undelete the account).
  6. Click check box next to desired account and click Edit > Multi-Edit.
  7. Click Set Status.
  8. Click the dropdown and select Active.
  9. Click Apply or Save.

2. Unsign up account from jobs

  1. Go to your Events page.
    1. Chameleon users: Click your Events tab in the top menu, or More... on the home page Events section.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
  2. Click your desired event’s Job Signup button.
  3. Click Change Account link.
  4. Search for desired account.
  5. Click radio button next to desired account and click Select.
  6. Check box(es) next to job(s) they're signed up for and click Remove Signup.

3. Set account back to Canceled/Hidden

  1. Go to back to Account Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
  2. Click check box next to desired account and click Edit > Multi-Edit.
  3. Click Set Status.
  4. Click the dropdown and select Canceled/Hidden.
  5. Click Apply or Save.
