If you want to turn off job signups for awhile but retain the existing signups, follow these steps.

  1. Edit event.
    • Chameleon users: Go to your Events page and click the desired event's [Edit] link.
    • New CMS users
      1. In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
      2. Click the desired event name.
      3. At the top of the window that opens, click the Edit button.
  2. Under Team Hosted Event (Job Signup Required), either delete the Job Signup Deadline (Till Midnight), or enter a date in the past.
  3. Click Save Changes or Save.
  4. Put a date back in at a later time and all data remains intact.
