To update credit card information for Lessons classes, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Lessons Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Lesson Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Classes & Lessons > Lessons Admin.
  2. Click Acnts/Revenue tab.
  3. Search for the desired account and click their name.
  4. If needed, select Use for Lessons Specific Fees by the credit card you want.

  5. Click Update Card and click OK to confirm.
  6. Fill in all the CC information.
  7. Click Copy From Account Info to quickly add their billing information that is on file.
  8. Click Next. You have now updated all monthly classes with this credit card.
  9. Click Save Payment Setup if needed.
Alternatively, you can update credit card information for recurring monthly lessons accounts as follows. This has the same effect as the steps above.
  1. In the side menu click Team Admin > Lesson Admin.
  2. Click Acnts/Revenue tab.
  3. Click Monthly Simulation Rpt and OK to confirm.
  4. Click Change CC link for desired account under the Change CC / CC Message column.
  5. Update the CC information.
  6. Click Save Changes.
