SwimOffice Admin - Super User or Lesson Admin - Full Access

Currently there is not a way to delete accounts or students from Lessons due to the financials being tied to accounts. If they no longer want to receive emails from the team they can click the Unsubscribe link in the bottom of emails you send (see below article). However, they will still receive certain administrative emails. The only option to stop then from receiving emails altogether will be to change their login email to something invalid.

  1. Go to Lessons Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Lesson Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Classes & Lessons > Lessons Admin.
  2. Click Acnts/Revenue tab.
  3. Search for desired account and click their name (NOT the check box).
  4. Click Account tab.
  5. Change their Login Email address (any any other emails if they have them) to something invalid so they no longer can login nor receive email. We recommend changing the top-level domain, such as .com, to .zyxw. For example, change johndoe@gmail.com to johndoe@gmail.zyxw. That way you can easily change it back to their real address should they return.
  6. Click Save.

If you pushed the account to the swim club side of your site, you will need edit their account in Team Admin > Account/Member Admin and set their status to Canceled/Hidden as well.
