Billing: Add/create chart of accounts (CoA)
Admin Level - Financial Admin Full Access
Here are the steps to create your Chart of Accounts.
- Go to Billing Setup.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Billing Admin > Billing Setup.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Billing Setup.
- Alternatively, you can access it via Registration Admin.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Registration Admin.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Registration Admin.
- Click CoA Setup tab.
- You can either click a CoA already listed to edit it
Click Add New.
- Enter the CoA name.
- Always leave the "Charge Type" as Normal Charge/Discount.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: You cannot delete a CoA once it has been used but you can merge it into another CoA or hide it; see the below articles.
