To add or edit a Billing Group,
  1. Go to Billing Setup.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Billing Admin > Billing Setup.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Financial Tools > Billing Setup.
  2. Under Billing Group Setup, click the Setup Billing Groups/Roster Groups/Locations link.

  3. Click Add New or click an existing Billing Group.

  4. Enter Billing Group Name.

  5. Setting Free Membership for this Group? to Yes will result in no recurring fees for those in the Billing Group. This group will not appear in Billing Admin > Billing Setup > Membership Dues Schedule.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Billing Groups will now be available throughout the system from Membership Dues Schedule to email filters to Account/Member Admin.
