How to Add or Edit Billing Groups
Admin Level - Financial Admin Full Access
- Go to Billing Setup.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Billing Admin > Billing Setup.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Billing Setup.
- Under Billing Group Setup, click the Setup Billing Groups/Roster Groups/Locations link.
- Click Add New or click an existing Billing Group.
- Enter Billing Group Name.
- Setting Free Membership for this Group? to Yes will result in no recurring fees for those in the Billing Group. This group will not appear in Membership Dues Schedule.
- Click Save Changes.
Billing Groups will now be available throughout the system from Membership Dues Schedule to email filters to Account/Member Admin.
