SwimOffice Admin - SuperUser / Lesson Admin - Full

The annual registration fee will apply annually from the date of the account registration so it's varied by account/student.  If I register on 01/10/14 it will charge again one year and a day from that date on 01/11/15 when that account registers again. This WILL NOT HAPPEN automatically for those in recurring lesson classes.  THEY must re-register for another class to be charged this amount again a year from the initial set date.

To add an annual registration fee for families and/or members do the following.

  1. Go to Lessons Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Lesson Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Classes & Lessons > Lessons Admin.
  2. Click Edit in the bottom right
  3. Set “Annual Registration Fee (Per Family/Student)” to YES
  4. Enter the cost and select the Chart of Account
  5. Click Save Changes

To implement the charge,

  1. Go to Team Admin > Lesson Admin > SubProg Tab
  2. Click the sub program to apply the charge to
  3. Set the “Annual Reg Fee (Per Family/Member)” drop down to YES-Participates
  4. Click Save Changes
