SwimOffice Admin - Super User or Lesson Admin: Full Access

To add a Student to the Lessons program please follow these steps.

  1. Go to Lessons Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Lesson Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Classes & Lessons > Lessons Admin.
  2. Go to Students
  3. Select Add New
  4. Select the [Pick] to the right of Account field
  5. Search by Last Name
  6. If you don’t find it by last name please search on Email
  7. Select Select to the right of the desired name
  8. Select the button Add More Student to Class
  9. Select desired class parameters
  10. Select [Pick] to the right of Student field
  11. Select Select to the right of the desired name or select Add New to add a new student
  12. Select OK
  13. Select desired payment method and click OK
  14. Fill in remaining details
  15. Select Pay & Submit the Registration
