SwimOffice Admin - Super User or Lesson Admin - Full Access

You can offer both payment by check and credit cards or just one. To do this,

  1. Go to Lessons Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Lesson Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Classes & Lessons > Lessons Admin.
  2. Click the lower System tab.
  3. Click the Edit button in the bottom right.
  4. Set the drop down for Check Accepted and Credit Card Accepted to YES or NO.

    Lessons Accepted Payment Method(s)

  5. If you accept checks, fill in the remittance information.
  6. Click Save Changes.

If you do not have a Credit Card Accepted option you have either not been approved yet and the gateway hasn’t been built, or you haven’t contacted us about having this function. Click the red question mark in the lower right corner of your SwimOffice site to contact Support for more information.
