If you receive the following error when editing a member:

The Swimmer ID Card you specified already exists, but the birthday do not match. Please fix the member's information. If you feel you've received this message in error, it could be that another member on a different team has incorrectly used this ID and you should contact support for further assistance.
  1. Contact Support.
  2. Supply them with the following information:
    1. Athlete's Full Name—first, middle, last
    2. Correct USA ID#
    3. Date of Birth
    4. Gender
  3. Support will let you know when it has been repaired.
