Real Time Results: Password not working
Admin Level - Super User
If you are having a problem with accessing real time results please see updated password below.
Username: Should not change (this is your alias)
If this still doesn't work please do the following:
- Go to Team Profile.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
- Scroll down to "FTP Password for Live Results"
- Enter in a new password
- Confirm password
- Click Save Changes
- Go back to Meet Manager and enter in your new password information
