Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar

If an athlete transfers to your team from another club on the TeamUnify platform, their times automatically are available to your club as long as their swimmer ID card is the same (although there are exceptions to this, such as if they transfer from a seasonal non-USA Swimming team to a USA Swimming team).

For those coming from a non-TU team that uses Team Manager, you will need to send support@teamunify.com a cl2 file or zip file containing a cl2 file with all their times from the various meets, and then we'll import them.

Be aware that the times will not attach to your team, but the athlete will be able to view them, and they will be used for best times in meet entries. In addition, some reports have a Match ID# Only check box (see first article below) that will allow you to include results for your athletes, regardless of which team they competed on.

You can find their meet results by going to Team Admin > Time Reports > Results By Meets for Chameleon users (new CMS users will go to the side menu and click on Events & Competition > Meet Results), changing the Show drop down to ALL Teams in LSC and clicking Search. You can also find them in Account/Member Admin in their member profile under the Meet Results tab.
