If you are a summer rec team and are entering your meets using Team Manager, but cannot import meet results into TU, it could be that your league or club codes do not match.

  1. To confirm, on Team Manager, go to Teams, double click on your team and note your codes.
  2. On TeamUnify, go to Team Profile:
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
  3. Under the "Organization" and "Team Club Code" sections, compare your LSC/Region/League and Team Club Code with those in Team Manager. If they do not match, please contact TU Support for help uploading the results.
