Do TeamUnify's LSC codes not match Team Manager's?
If you are a summer rec team and are entering your meets using Team Manager, but cannot import meet results into TU, it could be that your league or club codes do not match.
- To confirm, on Team Manager, go to Teams, double click on your team and note your codes.
- On TeamUnify, go to Team Profile:
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
- Under the "Organization" and "Team Club Code" sections, compare your LSC/Region/League and Team Club Code with those in Team Manager. If they do not match, please contact TU Support for help uploading the results.
