Athlete's times do not show but you know they are in the system
Admin Level - Superuser
Usually the swimmer’s USA ID# is incorrect. To confirm:
- Go to Results by Meets.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Time Reports.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Meet Results.
- Click Results By Athletes tab.
- Search by the swimmer’s last name.
- Copy or note the USA# they have been swimming under.
- Go to Member Admin.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
- Search for the athlete and click their name.
- Compare if the ID Card # is identical. If not, you can either change their ID Card # to match the ID in the results, or use the Merge ID button to change the IDs in the results to match the one in their profile (see below FAQ for more info).
