Why aren't my swimmer's times showing but I know they are in the system?
99% of the time the swimmer’s USA ID# is incorrect. To confirm:
- Go to Results by Meets.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Time Reports.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Meet Results.
- Results by Athletes
- Search by the swimmer’s name
- Make a note of the USA# they have been swimming under
- Go to Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab
- Search for the athlete
- Compare if the USA ID# is identical
- If not, you can either change their "ID Card #" to match the ID in the results, or use the Merge ID link to change the IDs in the results to match the one in their profile (see below FAQ for more info)
