Admin Level - Webmaster

  1. Go to Time Standards Setup.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Time Reports > Standards Setup.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Events & Competition > Time Standards Setup.
  2. Click the Add New button
  3. Fill in the fields.
    1. Standard Name
    2. Year
    3. Description (optional)
    4. Choose to either Enter Standard Items manually
      1. Check the boxes of the desired Courses.
      2. Under Time Standard Designators, click Add.
        1. Enter the Designator Name for each one (i.e., A, AA, B, BB, etc.) and press Enter or click Submit & Add More.
        2. When you have entered them all, click Close.
      3. Under Gender/Age Group/ Distance/Stroke/I-R, click Add.
        1. Select the Gender, Age Group, Distance, Stroke, and Individual/Relay.
        2. Click Submit & Add More.
        3. When you have entered them all, click Close.
    5. Or click Clone Items from existing Standard and pick an existing standard. Note this only clones the template and not the times; the system assumes you are using the same setup but not the same times.
    6. When finished, click Save Changes.
    7. Click OK to confirm.

You will return to the Time Standard Setup Screen. Now enter all the times for each designator.

  1. Click the Standard you just added or cloned.
  2. Click the Edit Times for SCY, Edit Times for SCM, or Edit Times for LCM button (you will need to scroll down if you have multiple courses).
  3. Enter the time standard(s) for each for each designator in HH:MM:SS.hs.
  4. When finished, click Save Changes.
