Admin Level - Superuser

When potential clients use the Contact Us button on your site to inquire about your team/program, you can email them back. To market to these accounts do the following:

  1. Go to Account Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts.
  2. Click Customize Filters > Account Status > Contact Request > Done.
  3. Select the account(s).
  4. Click Communicate > Send New Email.
  5. Send your marketing material to help grow your team/program.
  6. These "Contact Request" created accounts can now go through registration to join the team.
