Admin Level - Superuser

When creating a new account if you get the error "An account already exists with that login email" it means you have this same account/email in your database (possibly cancelled/hidden, suspended, or contact request status).

  1. Click anywhere on the error message to bring you to the duplicate account.
  2. Update the Account Status to Active if needed.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Email Login Instructions, then click it again so they can set their password.

NOTE - The account you tried to create is automatically erased (not created).
