NOTE: Your OnDeck and Team's SwimOffice logins are the same. 

  1. Go to your Team's SwimOffice website and click Sign In.
  2. Click the Forgot password? link below the Email and Password fields.
  3. Enter your login email address and click Submit, then click Done
  4. If there is account with your login email as the primary login address, Password Assistance email will be sent.
  5. Check your email inbox, open the Password Assistance email, and click the link within. 
  6. Type your desired password in the two fields and click Change Password.
  7. Sign in to OnDeck or SwimOffice with your new password.
