Admins can send verification emails, but cannot perform the steps to complete verification as they do not have access to the members email address/phone.

Verify Email Addresses

  1. Go to your account profile.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click My Account My Account.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click My Account Account Info.
  2. Above the login email, click Unverified.
  3. Under "Resend Verification Email Now?" click Yes.
  4. Go to your mailbox, open the verification email, and follow the instructions to verify.

Verify an SMS number

  1. Go to your account profile.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click My Account > My Account.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click My Account > Account Info.
  2. Above the telephone number, click Unverified
  3. Open the text from notifications+teamalias.
  4. Tap the link in the text to verify and click Cancel on the "Account Info" page. 
  5. The SMS number will now be verified.
