Admin Level- Superuser

  1. Go to Team Profile.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and click Setup Billing Groups/Roster Groups/Locations
  3. Click the Roster Groups Tab
  4. Select the roster group you wish to delete by putting a check mark next to it and click the Delete button
  5. If you get the message “Please delete/change all the Members of these Roster Groups before deleting them” then you still have members attached to that particular billing group
  6. Go to Member Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
  7. Select Custom Filters
  8. Roster Group > Select the one to delete
  9. Member Status > Select All > Done
  10. Select all the members and click Multi-Edit to push those swimmers into another roster group
  11. Go back to Step 2 to delete
